AngelVow is provided as a decentralized platform. By using it, you agree to these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AngelVow, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. What AngelVow Is

AngelVow is a decentralized platform that allows users to create funding wishes and charity vaults powered by USDC on Base Mainnet. AngelVow provides the interface and smart contracts — it does not custody funds, guarantee outcomes, or act as a financial intermediary.

3. User Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old
• You must have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• You must not be in a jurisdiction where this platform is prohibited
• You are responsible for complying with all applicable local laws

4. On-Chain Transactions Are Final

All donations and vault contributions are executed via smart contracts on Base Mainnet. Once confirmed on-chain, transactions cannot be reversed by AngelVow. You are solely responsible for verifying transaction details before confirming.

5. Refunds

Refunds are only available through the smart contract refund mechanism. A donor may claim a refund only if a wish's deadline has passed and its funding goal was not met. AngelVow does not process manual refunds outside of smart contract logic. Platform fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

6. Platform Fees

No platform fee is currently charged. Any future fees will be clearly disclosed before a transaction is confirmed.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Create fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive wishes or vaults
• Solicit funds for illegal activities
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to exploit, hack, or disrupt the platform or its smart contracts
• Launder money or finance terrorism
• Create wishes that promote hate, violence, or discrimination

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

AngelVow is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the platform will be error-free or that wishes will be funded.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BlindspotLab and AngelVow shall not be liable for loss of funds due to smart contract interaction, user error, or actions of third-party wallet providers.

10. Dispute Resolution

Disputes shall be resolved by good faith negotiation, then binding arbitration. Class action lawsuits are expressly waived. Governing law: Federal Arbitration Act and applicable Nigerian law.

11. Intellectual Property

All AngelVow branding, design, and non-smart-contract code is the property of BlindspotLab. Smart contracts are open and verifiable on Basescan.

12. Termination

AngelVow reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
